Nikki is a mother of two and Yoga Teacher. Her passion alongside her family is working with women through their transitions and flows of life, specialising in both Pregnancy and Menopause Yoga.

In her previous profesional life, Nikki was a Tutor in Adult Education and as such has a great knowledge of how best to deliver information in a well paced, accesable and meaningful way. 

Nikki has many years experience of working with mums-to-be and understands how important it is for them to feel calm, relaxed and well prepaired for wonderful birth of their baby.

I am passionate about supporting couples towards having the birth they choose. I have been a practising Midwife for over twenty years and continue to work as a community Midwife in East Sussex frequently attending homebirths.

I am a Worthing based Hypnotherapist who loves helping people. When I found The Wise Hippo I fell in love with their values and I feel honoured to see the positive change in my pregnant couples perspectives in just 4 sessions with The Wise Hippo training.

After hypnobirthing my two babies I knew I wanted to share what I had learnt with others so they too could have an amazing birth experience. I am also trained in fertility and am passionate about supporting couples.

Having had a hypnobirth with my youngest daughter, I want to pass on the knowledge and techniques to other mums to ensure the calm, relaxed and empowering experience I had.

I'm Frankie, I'm a midwife and have been for over 10 years now. 

I became a midwife to make a difference and I live to that every day. I love to teach birth education and hypnobirthing as what better way to make a long lasting difference to the families I meet!

I will share with you the knowledge and skills to feel confident, happy and benefit from a positive birth experience... whatever that looks like for you as an individual.
